Business & Commercial

Business & Commercial LawThe Practice was formed by the current Managing Partner, David Ward, 10 years ago. Prior to starting DW Solicitors, David acquired a wealth of experience working for one of the large London Practices, during which time he acted for several of the large well known high street retailers.

Given that the Practice was only started 10 years ago, unlike a lot of Practices where the staff and Partners have not personally been through the business start up process, DW Solicitors have been through that process and fully appreciate the pressures that businesses suffer in the start process and in business generally. That is reflected in the high quality advice that is given by the Practice at the earliest opportunity.

The Practice acts for both those granting franchises and those taking franchises.
